Portuguese 35/06 GNR

Ok, I am working a trade for this gun. Blue looks like about 85% or so straw about 90% minor pitting on left rail bore is mint and all matching numbers. The M2 holster is a fair with no tears just soft, it also has the pin punch and cleaning rod/oiler. I am trading a nice 95% Remington Rand 1911-A1 with British commercial proofs and a 98% Walther model 4 and $175 cash. The gun will go nicely with my Portuguese M2. Do you guys think I am getting a fair deal? I figure I am getting into the gun for about $1100.00.
