Got One ! Looking for my first Luger...DWM1917 for $900?

I am hunting around for my first Luger and would like to get some advise on one i found at the local show.

DWM 1917, all parts original with 1 original wood based mag. Seller is asking $900.

I would rate the finish at 60-70% with some very small pits under the barrel.

Is this a fair price?
