Post Interesting Erfurt Swiss Shooter...

A Luger Forum member, SwissDaggers, is selling a very interesting Erfurt, Swiss modified luger :

http://www.swissdagger.com/index.html

The luger is in the "luger" menu selection on the web site...

It looks like this pistol was a 1918 Erfurt, most parts match the frame and reciever...but a Swiss proofed barrel has been added.

The unusual aspect of the 1918 Erfurt frame is that it has a grip safety...(which I assume must have been added later...).

Is such a grip safety modification to a luger fairly common-place ? Easy to do...?

Regards,

Pete... <img border="0" alt="[typing]" title="" src="graemlins/yltype.gif" />
