Ray Patron LugerForum Patron Join Date: Jun 2002 Location: Oregon Posts: 127 Thanks: 2 Thanked 37 Times in 16 Posts	SB941 in Oregon A few years back, Oregon passed a mandatory background check law that some C& R licensees understand prohibits their transfers. Does anyone have some clarification on this issue? My take is that only 01 FFLs can transfer lugers in the state of Oregon. Can an 03 C&R dealer receive lugers from out of state? Ray
