The little plunger at the front of the sear bar is the disconnector.
If it remains stuck out of the sear bar it can cause doubling when it encounters the trigger again at the end of the Luger's action cycle. Any dirt or grit in that plunger is suspect. Push it in and see if there is any resistance. Grip can contribute to doubling too. If it's too lose, the gun can rock in your hand.
