Sold my Luger 25 years ago.
About quarter century back I sold off my 9mm Luger to make
ends meets. Never really knew much about it, byf and 42 stamped. Sold it to a collector for $400 after 10 years of ownership. Very presentable and pretty accurate, we would shoot tennis balls at 25yds. Always a great shooter and not ammo fussy at all. Well a few months back I decided to get another luger, sticker shock for sure, looks like $1500 or more to get something I'd like to own. So I figured what better place to learn than a Luger forum. I did actually get a new old stock Stoeger .22 Luger from 1974, I like it a lot hundreds of rounds through it and haven't had a hiccup. Original price $34.95! That's my story, I'm sure I'll be asking questions that have been posted before so bear with me, many thanks in advance. Cheers, Bill |
