Luger Prices

I'm curious about where some posters here find their lugers at such reasonable prices. For example: someone posts that he is looking to buy a certain luger at a certain price. Usually, someone will post that the price is too high and a good price would be much lower. So, where do you buy these 'lower cost lugers'? I have never seen a $900 artillery or a $500 alphabet that is in good shootable shape. I don't frequent yard sales where an old widow is selling hubby's 1900 AE for $100.
