Yes, buy Third Reich Lugers by Jan still, he has some right now that he just had republished. Buy it, read it and then look around. Search the forum using the search function, words like 1935 G date, 1940 Mauser, etc. You will enjoy the reading and find out more than you ever thought possible!

Your collection can be huge, even with a certain date, as the variations are about endless (estimated there are 300 variations, but I believe when you take into account assorted proofs, etc., that the variations pool must be huge !!.
