Soon-to-be-For-Sale LP08 holster w/tool

I am going to sell this holster in the near future and thought it wise to find out more about it in the mean time. It's a nice brown LP08 holster, with the embossed "FFisher Kbg 1916" and is ink marked (?) "1AR 76" in a black ink rectangle, and is also stamped: "RIA IV", but some markings are partially illegible. I'm pretty certain that the tool came with the gun but is unmarked. Actually I didn't even notice that it was there for the last 5 or 10 years...
I know how much we like our photos, but please give me some idea on the markings and what a fair collector-to-collector price is:
