Issue with LugerMan.com

All,

Just wanted to make everyone aware to question doing business with Yevgeniy Golubtsov AKA LugerMan
On 9/13 I inquired about the availability of a Luger toggle pin.
He quickly replied that the item was in stock and asked me to send a $50 pay-pal payment to him. (Unfortunately I did)
After sending payment I heard noting from him for several days so I reached out via email and heard nothing.
I have called him several times and left voicemails and still no answer.
I wish I would have seen the negative reviews on him before I reached out to him.
I would love a refund but given my experience am doubtful it will happen.

At the moment as far as I am concerned he is a thief! If he refunds the money I will change my judgment.

Tom Heller on the other hand is a class act and I can't recommend him enough! Fast service, great communication, and low prices. He even sends you the items you've purchased.
