You have what is considered a shooter grade 1918 DWM Luger. Due to the rust/pitting, heavy buffing, and rebluing, it no longer has collector value. That is not a bad thing for one's first Luger. Learn about it's inner workings, clean and lube it, and then take it to the range and enjoy. Lugers are fun shooters. Welcome to the forum.
