Post Navarro Brothers' Automatic Luger...

I couldn't remember the message thread this week in which the topic of a selective-fire luger was being discussed. Here is one variation by the Navarro Brothers (from Mexico), that was done in the 1914 timeframe when they applied for a patent.

The diagram/photo is taken from Fred A. Datig's book, The Luger Pistol, on page 142.

A very similar diagram also appears in John Walter's book, The Luger Book, on page 63.

This modification is different than the one being discussed earlier this week, with a selector lever on the side plate...

If anyone wants a high resolution copy of this jpeg file (at 2.0 MB file size) let me know at "pebbink@pacbell.net" and I can e-mail it to you...

Regards,

Pete... <img border="0" alt="[typing]" title="" src="graemlins/yltype.gif" />
