Default 1863 enfield anyone can help identify it

I came by this 1863 enfield , which has been converted and I wondered if any of the members might know anything about it . it appears to be a .50 caliber and the barrel replaced it is stamped 1866, was told it was a 50/90 converted from a musket . has csa stamped on it in a couple of places , found those after I got a lot of the grime off of it
