Lapua .30 Luger ammunition

I picked up my 500 .30 Luger rounds today. The twenty boxes had each been opened, presumably to check contents. The boxes were dirty/dusty and a tiny bit dog-eared, with a different colored label/seal. All but a couple of boxes of my SAMCO ammo had the seals broken also. I don't know if it was intentional, or just the way it had been packed and stored all of the years. Those seals appear quite fragile at this point in time.
