Papahound User Join Date: Mar 2015 Posts: 13 Thanks: 0 Thanked 2 Times in 2 Posts	Help identify markings on PO8 Hi all I have a Russian capture luger that is rough shape - but she is a great shooter . There are initials on the right side of the gun that are as follows E.C.C.S.A Under that is what appears to be a faint import mark . Could this have been a police or possibly a prison guard pistol ?
