My first Luger. A 1936 from Simpsons.
Purchased this a couple months ago from Simpson Ltd. I know I paid top money but knowing little about the Luger just went to there shop and they helped me pick one out. Was rated at 80% finish and 70% straw and all numbers matching. Got some pitting and finish wear but I like the fact that it looks like it has been there and done it. I put a set of grips on it for shooting and purchased a L block mag for it. Also a aftermarket mag for shooting. Sent it to Luger Doc to have checked out. He fixed a horrible trigger pull and checked it over and declared it healthy. Took it to the range and fired 15 rounds through it. Shoots great and is very accurate. Really like the Luger and already looking for another! What you all think?
