For this structure, you may open the windows on the 2nd floor, and push the snow off the porch from the windows. That's much safer than climbing the ladder.
We borrowed a roof rake, and removed tons (literally, tons!) of snow from the lower roof last weekend. But nothing can be done on the high roof. |
