The mailability of handguns regulations still refer to mailing handguns by "FFL Dealers" and not collectors. They did add a definition of FFL licensee to include C&R collectors handling C&R qualified firearms. __________________ Igitur si vis pacem, para bellum - - Therefore if you want peace, prepare for war.
