The buyer has to establish and enter your correct legal name and address in his acquisition records log. A legal ID would be a normal request. Your state driver's license would be adequate evidence of your name and address.
He also has to comply with state law as part of the acquisition, and this may specifically require your DL depending on the state involved. Marc
