Check the side plate to ensure that it is laying flat and level with the side of the receiver and frame.
This part was hand fit by armorers when it was installed. That's why it is uniquely numbered. The one you're trying to use may require some fitting. I would not recommend that you try it yourself unless you have experience. Marc
