Really had to push you into that decision, right?
It is your responsiblilty to provide that historical firearm a deserving place with others of its quality in your collection. It would be simply unacceptable for it to go to someone else with a lesser appreciation. If you don't rescue it there is a chance it might end up under a pickup truck seat or in a tackle box.
