Serial number 7235y is in the range of 1942 E/L Police Banners. No clear pictures of the right side of the receiver but I think I see a stamping there. Drilled for a sear safety. The 42 Commercial Banners I have seen had a "w" suffix.
Looks like a refinished Police Banner with the small parts changed to a straw color. Tom |
