Reloading 9mm for P08

Hi,

I'm just starting to reload de 9mm luger ammunition but have a few questions. What powder can I use? What heads are good and will work fine? If I read online,Ii see different types: some say hollow point, other say round and then others are speaking of the flat heads.
Can anyone tell me some more what to use and what not?

I have fired 115 grain and 124 grains without any problem.
