Rylan, One of the pics reveals the toggle axle's retaining pin is blued, not in the white. This is usually a sign of the toggle's being refinished--rust blued without dis-assembly, whereby the pin is blued along with the joined toggles. We should soon hear from someone more knowledgeable about this...not sure what it means in this case. __________________ "...
