a few days ago i presentet my 1910er parabellum.
closer examination brought me to some questiones, maybe the forum-members can help, or may have this point discussed in the past. my gun is serial 9720c, according to görtz/sturgess (Pistol parabellum) this is well after the point the "stempelvorschrift 1910" was anounced. the camber is dated, also the proofs are on the right receiver side. this males me certain, that the boys at berlin (DWM) know and (partly) follow the new rule. but why are the serials still in commercial style ????? the "stempelvorschrift 1910" tells us other places for the stamps ?????? anyone who can help ???? is this an miracle for the next 1000 years. can this be related to changes in the "stempelvorschrift 1910" does anyone has an chronology of changes/ammendments (deckblätter) regards from austria, wolfganggo ....
