It's not in the manuals but it was officially recommended after the first 00's were issued. In 1951 another tool was patented by Oskar Stauss just that one never went in production. Other tools in use were half round "hooks" that clip in place behind the follower knob. Photobucket is in some kind of error now so the picture might sometimes disappear for a while.
