Leo Guest Posts: n/a	question Hi fellow collectors........this is not really a luger question,but it is associated I have two WW1 Imperial Naval mutze,s( flat hats)both have the Imperial cocade but one has red pipeing along the outer edge the other dosent ...any help would be welcome............thanks Leo
