Another Test Eagle question

I take that Bannerman's list are s/n numbers 6361-7108.( I am not completely sure of the Bannerman s/n range) That within this range it is positively a Test Luger, all others between 6100 and 6361 and above 7108 are 'very likely' to be but not a sure thing. Reading my '1900 Luger U.S. Test Trials' by Michael Reese, I see a list of all known TEs as of his writing. I know many more have been found and I think Ron keeps a list of them. My question is than if the Bannerman list is the only "sure" way to know, then would one doubt some of the s/n numbers included in his (Reese) listing of know TEs? Are S/Ns 6196 and 6282 listed as owned by the Springfield Armory Museum, and 6358 owned by the A.A. of 1st Corps of Cadets Museum to be doubted seeing the are not within Bannerman's range? Also there are other museum owned TE above Bannerman's range. I would think Springfield's TEs must be a sure thing. This is just a general question, that's all.
