Toggle joint stayed open

Weak holdopen spring.

Try shooting it with the holdopen (the L-shaped lever in the frame) removed. It only helps to keep the toggle open after the last round and has no other useful purpose besides that.

If the pistol works good without the holdopen, you'll probably either need to tweak or replace the little leaf spring on the holdopen.
