A sub gun I had the pleasure of shooting awhile back was a Beretta Model 12. Which I notice was hanging on the wall of your friends collection.
Yes,I know it is not WW2,but it sure is a sweet handling sub gun.Shoots from a open bolt,but is very accurate and controllable. So much nicer then those slam fire MAC guns I used to mess about with. Bob
