First, don't try to bend or form anything related to the trigger bar. It's hardened, and will break. There was a special tool for adjusting these, and the process involves heating it to remove the temper first.
I've never seen "9MM" stamped onto an Artillery. Is your pistol import marked with "Made in Germany" or "Germany" stamped somewhere? Is there any play as the takedown lever pushes the trigger plate against the receiver? Is there any play in the plunger that is at the front end of the sear bar? I have seen mention of ways to build up the surface where the trigger contacts the trigger bar. It may be one way of approaching a fix. Marc
