Ive got a couple of questions and I know you guys here on the Forum can help......one is Im wondering why the Germans went to .30 Cal on the Lugers ..instead of 9MM?...we had a gun show here couple weeks ago...and a dealer I know had approximately 6 lugers.....4 were 9mm and other 2 were .30 cal.....and one was a Commercial model.....grips looked horrible...he wanted $750.00 for it....you know at a gun show there always bunches of guys selling ammo.....I think there were 4 set up ...and I went around and asked them all about .30 Caliber luger ammo......Nope....dont carry it...I know it can be found...but not as easy as 9mm....2nd question is about the Commercial models....marked GERMANY....were they mostly in .30 cal..and does anyone have an idea.why.?....also...about the 1920 commercial models....did they just not put the 1920 date on the export models.??....well....thats enough questions for Sunday afternoon.....Im home sick with pneumonia.....had it for last 4 days....so I sneak some computer time in when I can.......I appreciate the information and opinions guys.....you all have always come thru.......Best Wishes....Hans Fischer
