Default Wolff Springs

I don't know if any of you have tried Wolff Luger springs, but I am confused by my experience with them. I recently ordered two of their Luger "Service Paks" with replacement springs for the trigger, extractor, striker and recoil.

When I visually compared the recoil spring with the ones in the Lugers, it was obvious the Wolff spring had a coil diameter about twice that of the original Luger spring. It appeared to me that the Wolff springs probably would not even fit in the channel in the frame, so I didn't give it a try.

It also appeared that the Wolff spring might even have trouble seating on the base of the guide rod.

I e-mailed Wolff to find out what was going on with these "Service Paks," but I have yet to receive a reply. I haven't tried the other springs in the Wolff kit. Has anyone here tried these Wolff springs in their Luger?
