I'm not new to the thread concept from dealing with restoring an old police car, but I'm new to the forum so be easy on me. I have a luger that my dad brought over from WW11. It's not for sale and not worth a lot anyway. I like it and would like more info on it if I can. It has the original holster, with tear down tool, two clips, yet one clip is missing the base. It has been described as a German military reciver proof found only on the 1908 commercial/ military variation. My father was assigned in France as a Sargent responsible for assessment and reassignment of equipment. The gun was found and kept after one of those assignments. More info later if needed. Thanks in advance for any help.
