Default Any thought on this Humpback 1914?

I like this one, but I am not sure its correctness.

Without 1914 specific knowledge, simply from the gun's general view, the grip and grip screw look standing out unbalanced in the whole picture. So let's putting grips aside, anything else incorrect, or suspicious on this rare pistol from this single left side view? Your opinion is appreciated!
