OK. Got assorted toggle train parts back from GT. Went to the range today. Was GFs b-day so she went with and brought her S&W Sigma.

It went about as I expected. The only CONSISTENT thing that did happen was that it didn't cycle correctly Not once. Came close a few times but the bullet stuck on loading in (feed ramp issues)

The toggle train issues seem to be worked out however. Thanks GT! Fired about 100-rounds using a Mecgar and another new mag of different manufacture. I honestly figured it would operate like this after reading posts from Lugerdoc and others with these long barrels.

Anyway, my questions are:

1. I suppose I can try a lighter main spring. That might get it a lot closer.

OR

2. Thinking about rebarreling it. That is beyond my skill level. Thinking Navy barrel possibly and be done with it. I'll need a reference to either send it to or at least mail the receiver to if I decide this route.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks!
