Klaus,
Thanks for clarifying the c/u and for the info on the holster and pistol. You say the gun was probably assigned to one of the three Bavarian army units. Do you have more info on these army units? Were they paramilitary police or actual army?
Since there is no date on the holster, do you feel it is of the right time frame for this pistol?
Again, I thank you folks, and appreciate your time and efforts. I have several reference books, but a lot of the information that you folks provide is not in any of my books. One would have to have a very extensive library to be able to provide all of the information available on this forum. A great bunch of well informed folks.
