Dumb basic Luger Question: are they still being made?

Not into hunting, so I am spared that.

WAS heavily into photography.. back when it was fun and you used film and had a darkroom. Actually made a living off that skill for many years. Somehow, adjusting gammas in Photoshop is just not the same as pulling an image out of a developer tray, but perhaps now my age is showing.
