41 42 Mauser

For thoese who care to keep track of Mauser serial numbers, this morning a beautiful "41" dated "42" toggle, not S/42, SN'ed 3430 o, came into the shop for cleaning, about 97+ blue two original 122/E37 mags numbered to the gun with holster and correct tool with a letter from the vet who took if from a German officer no longer in need of it. It is not for sale, owner who is not really interested in the gun, just wants it cleaned and he'll put it away again until the day he needs a few bucks.....he bought it off the vet just 3 years ago, thier still out there.
