My luger

HI all, I am a Newbie obviously, so I am probably asking all the same newbie Questions...sorry.
I have a 1918 S/42 ,German military receiver proof. Found on DWM Lugers 1914-1918. all the serial numbers match, including the mag. It has bakelite grips instead of wood. and the barrell may have been replaced @ Mauser. Not sure there.
My obvious question is, what is the value of this pistol?
