Default DUTCH CONTRACT PIECE

I AM EXAMINING WHAT APPEARS TO BE A DUTCH CONTRACT PIECE BEING OFFERED FOR SALE. IT HAS THE "RUST" SAFTEY DESIGNATION W/ARROW, GRIP SAFTEY, AND NO STOCK LUG. OK SO FAR YOU SAY, BUT THE CALIBER IS .30. IN ADDITION, THE BARREL HAS AT SOME TIME BEEN REPLACED, POSSESSING A FOUR DIGIT NUMBER DIFFERENT FROM THE REST OF THE GUN . FRED DATIG'S BOOK MAKES REFERENCE TO A ROYAL NETHERLAND WEST INDIES SHIPMENT IN 30 CALIBER. WERE THESE THE ONLY DUTCH .30 CALIBER GUNS? FURTHERMORE, THE GUN DOES NOT HAVE, NOR IS THERE ANY EVIDENCE OF THERE HAVING BEEN REMOVED, A BRASS UNIT PLATE ON THE SAFETY SIDE OF THE RECIEVER.

THANKS
