On mine, notice it "looks" like it is from ebay, but the http:// address is an IP, i.e. 102.135.20.67 if from ebay, it would be spelled out and NOT an IP. That IP is the collection point. BTW, responding to them proves you have a true email address and they are more likely to send more offers.
