BTW...are the inside surfaces of your Luger's frame blued ?

Reason I ask, is that around the same time (~ serial 27xxx), Bern changed to the taller "island" on the trigger side plate and went from rust blue to a dip blue process for finishing. The two changes did not necessarily occur simultaneously and there is some 200-300 serial number range overlap when you eventually will see both revisions to the later Bern guns.
