new holster

hi, i got my holster and i'm proud on it. i paid at ebay $45 and i think it's not too expensive. there's a handscript name in the cover, where the toll-holder was:

-Heuckeroth 3/90- (what does the 3/90 mean?) its other marking is:

-Liefergs. Verein d. Sattlermstr. z. G�¶ttingen 1917-

fully it is: Lieferungs-Verein der Sattlermeister zu G�¶ttingen 1917, in english:

Supply association of the upholsterer masters to Goettingen

what do you think about it? the tool-holder and the fast-pulling-belt are missing. the salesman told me, it is a shortened ari-holster. it never had any mag-bags, there are only two seams going to the end (i think there was the bag for the long cleaning-tool). i read about some ari-holsters, that were shortened for the luger-pistol. i think i have one. is it possible to get the toolholder and the fast-pulling-belt in old, same-looking leather? or would you not replace these things? the leather is a little bit hard and has some breaks on the cover, how could i get it softly?
