Martin Guest Posts: n/a	Help! How do I buy a Luger from Canada? A seller in Canada has a Luger I want to buy. I live in CA. We are both ordinary collectors and have never been involved in an international sale. My FFL dealers do not know how to handle the sale. Does anyone know the proper procedure?
