Need advice for value (picture)

John, I estimate to restore this as Top restitched to body, $35.00..Restitch loose belt loop and make or find original belt loop to match and install. $35.00.
I am on the road in Houston TX. Just left Collectors..Quite a shop. They have several nice Lugers, Not as many as I expected, several Artillerie's and a good looking Navy. The help seemed not overly Friendly..Taciturn as a matter of fact. Not any reasonable leather..They told me if they get something good it rarely stays overnight. If this holster were restored and Collectors had it, they would ask $350.00. They only had one Luger holster in the place for sale....
