Probably not in stainless steel...
You have two options... you can use the front sight blade from a P.38 that is flat topped like you are used to seeing... and you can square up the rear notch to match... Or you can get yourself a piece of stainless steel and some files and whittle away anything that doesn't look like a front sight blade... ![]() I guess you could have a good machinest or a first class gunsmith make you one would be a third option.
