Ron,

There are a few features that identify this as a Reichsbank gun.

The additional serial number on the slide and magazine were applied to help the inexperienced bank people in cleaning/dismantling the pistol. (as you know the serial number on a slide of a PPk is electric pencilled inside the slide hidden from view, this pistol actually has that serial number on it as well) The sights are painted red and yellow to make shooting easier.

Reichsbank guns were issued with two finger grip extension magazines, both numbered to the pistol. You will find numbered mags only on the police issue guns and they are mostly numbered on the mag body.

Some Reichsbank guns were put in a "readiness" box attached under the bank counter.
