scoped arty

Hummm...no one else has commented on this, so I guess it's obvious to all except me....

Sorry if these are novice questions

It's stated in the description that this was a riflescope, one I'm not familiar with. I actually thought it was on backwards when I first looked, the pic is so dark. I would assume the eye relief on this scope would be such that the gun would probably be useable only with a shoulder stock? Maybe someone familiar with it could comment?

Also, should I know if this is a DWM, or is it a "mystery brand?"
