bbirder, The good news is that your Luger didn't cost you anything...the bad news is that your photos of both sides of your Luger appears to show a rather pitted finish, like it was exposed to salt water conditions and not well lubricated or protected a long time ago.

This will have a dramatic negative impact on the market value... Despite the matching numbers, I doubt that it would be valued at much more than $500...if that much... Pity...

If the pits are not too deep, a new owner might consider it for restoration, but the cost of that would then place it in the same ballpark as buying one that is not pitted and is all original finish...

It should make a nice shooter... Good Luck.
